4. Coaching Relationship

Submitting forms, booking sessions, or interacting with this website does not automatically establish a coaching relationship. A coaching relationship begins only after services are formally scheduled, required agreements are signed, and payment arrangements are completed.

5. Profiles and Digital Tools

The You Profile™, The Us Profile™, and The Team Profile™, along with related digital tools, are educational and developmental in nature and are not clinical assessments, diagnoses, or mental health evaluations. Results are interpretive and are not guarantees of any outcome.

Certain Profile responses may be processed using artificial intelligence to help generate narrative content, as described in our Privacy Policy. Multi-participant Profiles may combine responses submitted by more than one participant according to the applicable product design.

You agree to provide truthful and accurate information when completing a Profile. Profiles are intended for adults age 18 and older.

AI-assisted content may contain errors or require interpretation. AI-generated material does not constitute professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and you remain responsible for decisions made based on Profile or digital-tool content.

6. Intellectual Property

Except where otherwise indicated or owned by third parties, the content and proprietary materials made available through this website are owned by or licensed to Relationships Reimagined®. This includes our original text, branding, proprietary Profiles, frameworks, methodologies, digital resources, and other original materials. Third-party names, trademarks, materials, and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

You may not, without prior written permission, copy, reproduce, or distribute content, modify or create derivative works, use content for commercial purposes, or use Profiles, frameworks, or methodologies for teaching, training, or commercial purposes.

Relationships Reimagined® will not use a client's name, image, testimonial, personal story, Profile information, or other personally identifiable content for advertising or promotional purposes without the client's express permission.

Payments for coaching services are governed by our Financial Policy. By purchasing services, you agree to provide accurate payment information, authorize charges for scheduled sessions and applicable fees, and comply with cancellation and rescheduling policies. Failure to comply may result in suspension of services.

Purchases may also be subject to product-specific payment, refund, cancellation, or registration terms presented at the time of purchase, including for Profiles, books and digital products, events, and retreats.

9. Cancellations and No Shows

All scheduling policies are governed by the Financial Policy and Booking Terms presented at the time of scheduling. By booking a session, you agree to those terms.

10. No Warranties

This website and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the website or services.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Relationships Reimagined® will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the website, services, Profiles, or digital tools. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of Wallace Consultancy, LLC dba Relationships Reimagined® for all claims arising out of or relating to a specific product, service, session, event, retreat, or engagement will not exceed the total fees actually paid to Wallace Consultancy, LLC for that specific product, service, session, event, retreat, or engagement. Your use of this website and services is at your own risk.
