Nancy Wallace

Nancy brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience across technology, finance, project management, organizational transformation, higher education, and nonprofit governance. Her perspective often focuses on people, communication, organizational dynamics, emotional awareness, and how decisions are experienced by the people affected by them.

Richard and Nancy are not licensed therapists and do not provide psychotherapy, diagnosis, or mental-health treatment.

Their professional training includes relationship education, life coaching, emotional intelligence, premarital preparation, and mental health coaching education. That training informs the services they provide while remaining within a non-clinical scope.
