Retreat Overview
Hosted at the Grand Reserve at The Meritage Resort and Spa, this experience is thoughtfully structured to remove logistical stress and allow you to settle in fully. Daily group breakfasts, curated dining experiences, guided winery tours, and wine tastings are a few of the engaging experiences, created with ease and flow throughout the week.
Time together is balanced with time to rest. A midweek pool and spa day offers a dedicated pause, with a reserved cabana available throughout the day for relaxation, conversation, and light refreshments. Individual check-ins are scheduled for those who desire them, and spa services may be booked on-site for guests who wish to extend their self-care experience.
Wine Stories is about being present in a place that supports growth, creativity, and connection. It is about honoring the season you are in and allowing inspiration to unfold naturally, much like the vines that surround you.

Signature Rooms
Two Queen Beds or One King Bed
Approximately 425 square feet
Each Signature Room offers approximately 425 square feet of thoughtfully designed space focused on comfort and ease. Rooms feature Frette linens and a spa-style bathroom with a walk-in shower and natural stone vanity. A spa robe and the hotel’s signature spa bath products are provided.
Additional in-room amenities include stylish décor, a mini fridge, a work desk, flat-screen television, and Wi-Fi access. Each room includes a private balcony or patio with resort or hillside views.
A complimentary bottle of wine is provided in the room upon arrival.
2 Queen Beds: Rates are $3,750 per person for double occupancy.
1 King Bed: Rates are $5,150 for single occupancy and $3,750 per person for double occupancy.
Secure your spot with a $500 deposit. Your deposit goes towards the cost of your chosen package.
Signature Suite
One King Bedroom Suite with Sofa Bed
Approximately 850 square feet
The Signature One King Bedroom Suite offers approximately 850 square feet of space with resort or hillside views. The suite includes a private balcony, complimentary high speed Wi Fi, and a complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival.
In addition to the amenities included in the Signature Rooms, the suite features a separate living room with a sofa bed, a dining area, and a kitchen. The bedroom includes a king bed, and the bathroom offers a soaking tub along with standard bathroom amenities.
Rates are $6,750 for single occupancy and $4,550 per person for double occupancy.

Refund Policy
A $500 deposit is required to reserve your space. Deposits are non-refundable.
The remaining balance of your package costs are refundable based on timing:
75% refund before March 15, 2026
50% refund between March 16 - April 15, 2026
25% refund between April 16 - May 15, 2026
0% after May 15, 2026
