Guided by the theme Surrender, you will explore what it means to release pressure, control, and expectation in order to return to alignment. Surrender is not about giving up. It is about letting go of what no longer serves you so that your energy, intuition, and natural design can lead.
Through reflection, guided conversation, and time immersed in the island environment, you are invited to soften, to trust, and to allow. Day 1
Welcome Reception and
Dinner
Welcome to San Pedro, Ambergris Caye. After arrival and time to settle into your accommodations at Mahogany Bay Resort & Beach Club, we will gather for a welcome reception and meet and greet at the main pool area. A traditional Belizean dinner will be served as we review the retreat flow and introduce the theme of Surrender. The evening will close with time to rest, explore the resort, or ease into the island rhythm.
Day 2
Exploration, Exhale and Release
Today we venture out to experience Hol Chan National Marine Reserve, home to vibrant coral reefs and abundant marine life. Guests will have the opportunity to snorkel and swim in one of Belize’s most well known natural environments.
The afternoon offers time in San Pedro to enjoy local cuisine, shopping, and a rum tasting before returning to the resort. This day encourages release through movement, exploration, and immersion in the natural beauty of the sea.
Day 3
Rest, Restore and
Receive
After breakfast at the resort, we will travel by boat to the Mahogany Bay Private Beach Club. This day is intentionally unhurried. Time will be spent resting along the shoreline and above the water, enjoying lunch and refreshments in a relaxed setting.
The focus of this day is to receive rest, restoration, and simple enjoyment. Later in the afternoon, guests may choose to explore more of San Pedro before returning to the resort.
Day 4
Realign, Reflect and Celebrate
Our final full day centers on alignment and integration. We will gather for a group coaching session with time for individual conversations and optional spa appointments for those seeking additional rest.
As we are together during US Independence Day and the start of lobster fest season in San Pedro, we will also enjoy a celebratory Belizean style experience that honors the local culture and the spirit of the day.
The retreat concludes with a closing dinner at the resort, creating space to reflect, celebrate, and move forward with renewed clarity.
