Hosted at the Grand Reserve at The Meritage Resort and Spa, this experience is thoughtfully structured to remove logistical stress and allow you to settle in fully. Daily group breakfasts, curated dining experiences, guided winery tours, wine tastings, and round-trip ground transportation from the San Francisco (SFO) airport to the retreat are included, creating ease and flow throughout the week.

What is the refund policy? 

A $500 deposit is required to reserve your space. Deposits are non-refundable.

The remaining balance of package costs are refundable based on timing:​
75% refund before March 15, 2026
50% refund between March 16 - April 15, 2026 
25% refund between April 16 - May 15, 2026
0% after May 15, 2026
